(a) it can support hundreds of user terminals
(b) it can hold huge amount of data
(c) it can process huge amount of data relatively quickly

Can we say that :

It needs too much graphical memory and a normal personal computer cannot satisfy that amount ?

Hello,

Its not clear what you mean by graphical memory. Maybe you mean random access memory (main memory, RAM).

Even a very powerful mainframe cannot have more than 4GB of main memory if it is a 32-bit machine.

So, you have to be careful about main memory. However, the storage capacity is usually in terabytes as magnetic tapes can be used to store data that need to be processed sequentially or data that is rarely needed.
